If in case the consignment number of the shipment asked by the customer is not available in the database of consignment tracking, an automated form will be made available to him. The customer can enter the consignment to be traced in that on-line tracking form, which will be e-mailed to and an automated response e-mail will be sent. The customer will receive the latest status as and when the consignment status changes.

SMS Tracking

First Flight has also provided the facility of SMS tracking. You may send the consignment number through SMS on 9821455112 / 9821455113 / 9821455114. Our system will reply you with the status of your consignment.
